Uh-Oh!

Here is something you won't see very often...

...a very MAD Lila.

The reason for the Pearl getting so upset???

We ran out of grapes.

Do not get between Lila + her food.

(And just because moms always worry about being fair, here's the Big Daddy.)

These Are a Few of My Favorite Things...

-When I ask the twins a question, and they respond, 'I don't know.'

-Lila's kisses.

-Lincoln's kisses.

-Brian's kisses.

-Laying the twins down in their beds at night--they say 'ni-ni' + wave 'bye-bye'.

-Chocolate chip cookies.

-Snuggling + chasing.

-Hand-sewn dresses.

-Raspberries.

-Sissy starting to call me 'ma-ma'.

-Jett's hand-me-downs.

-My lil' dude's smile. Melts. My. Heart.

-Yo, Gabba, Gabba. (Dear God, THANK YOU for this show. AMEN!)

-Sleeping through the night!!! (Almost always!)

-7pm bedtime. (Probably the best decision we have made as parents thus far.) :)

Every night before I shut my (completely exhausted) eyes, I take a moment to reflect on these days. Maybe the best days of my life. I am so thankful that I get to spend my day with two of the coolest people I know.

Well folks--we've wanted to do it since they were a-growin in my big ole' belly. And today we did it. We took Lila + Lincoln to a Mariners game. Ok, so we took Lila + Lincoln to part of a Mariners game. We actually lasted 4 1/2 innings in our seats...which is about 3 1/2 more than I ever expected. They clapped, danced, flirted and shouted 'Goooooo!' It was really adorable. We walked all around the park, but especially loved the fountains. They were asleep about 15 seconds after they were loaded in the car. And Brian + I will be asleep shortly.

We've learned to smell flowers folks! I've pretty much thought that every stage has been my favorite so far, but it keeps getting better.
