Lincoln + Lila are some kind of special.
There are no words for how wonderful they are.
Tonight I swept them away for an ice cream date.
Just me and them.
Funny how what was normal for 4 1/2 years, felt like the most divine treat tonight.
Just the 3 of us.
Chatting in the car. Choosing a special treat. Rewarding them for their awesomeness.
But really, the reward was mine.
I needed that time (alone) with my babies.
My 5 year old babies.
Those two are world changers I tell you.
