While we were in Cali, we went to the foothills and chopped down a tree for my parents. So when we returned home, I was satisfied that our regular tree-cutting-down tradition had been met.
So we went a simpler route this year.

The selection committee.

The ride home.
NICE! This Christmas is going to be EXCELLENT fun for you!
ReplyDeleteYa gotta do what you gotta do. When Levi was 2 months old and Christmas was a week away, I panicked and told Dave to go to Kmart and by a fake tree. I didn't want all the needles falling around on a floor that was not getting vacuumed enough as it was. Fortunately, the boys LOVED "building" a tree. They all still love building a tree. I suppose we need to ditch it one of these years and go cut one down...they'll probably love that, too.
