3 + 1/2 Days Until Forever!

We went to our very last doctor appointment today!  My doc still cannot believe I have carried these babies soooo long.  We are still on for a c-section on Tuesday.  (C-section because they are breech, not because they are twins.)  We are excited, anxious, scared, ready, not-ready, and many other feelings in the mean time.  Mostly we can't wait to see and hold our two little miracles!

I am large, uncomfortable & sleepless, but mostly we feel so grateful that we were able to get these babies all the way to the end.    

We will keep you posted...
